About Work Louder

Work Louder is an independent hardware company creating thoughtfully designed tools for people who take their digital work seriously. Founded through the collaboration of Michael Di Genova and industrial designer Mattia Caramel, the brand began with a shared interest in creating better, more expressive tools for modern creative workflows.

Our approach combines functionality, customization, and playful industrial design. Rather than treating a keyboard as simply a collection of keys, Work Louder develops modular and programmable hardware that can become part of the way creators work. Our product lineup includes mechanical keyboards, macropads, and customizable input devices designed for professionals and enthusiasts working across design, development, photography, video, and other digital disciplines.

From the original Creator Board to products such as the Nomad and Creator Micro, our designs have been shaped through experimentation, research, and direct feedback from the people who use them. We believe the best tools should adapt to individual workflows, giving users the freedom to assign controls, build personalized setups, and create an experience that feels uniquely their own.

At Work Louder, we want professional tools to feel less ordinary. By bringing together thoughtful engineering, tactile interaction, customization, and a distinctive visual language, we create hardware that is built not only to help people work more efficiently, but also to make the process of creating more enjoyable.
